A Sun Day

Today we are going to relax at the pool/beach.

Our Morning
Went to breakfast at the poolside buffet. When I came in to blog, Manuel came in to Club Premium and Alejandra was here also.

Alejandra gave me story that she wrote in Spanish to read. It is a story about her nephews who never met her mother because her mother passed away when she was very young, but they dream about her often.

The family who was unhappy here showed up at Club Premium and now they are much happier. They switched rooms too, so I am very happy about that.

I walked the beach for a while and then I sat in the pool and read my book. Soy mojado.

Our Afternoon
Went to lunch at the poolside buffet. I met a nice lady from Mexico City who was there with her daughter. She spoke excellent English.

Mom went in around 3 o´clock to get ready for dinner at 7:30. LOL I stayed out to get some more sun, then I went up and read more on the hammock.

Our Evening
We went to dinner at Casa Del Mar, which is a hotel & restaurant near our resort. The food was very good and I got to take pictures of the sun setting in the Sierre Madre mountains.

When we returned, we had a drink at the Lobby Bar, but then mom went to the room because she didn´t want to go to the show. I came to Club Premium and Marci (from Colombia) was on duty. She was helping me practice my Spanish till almost 11:00 p.m.

Lesbia (from Mexico City) showed up at Club Premium while doing her rounds and we chatted for a while. On THE September 11, she was in Chicago for the Apple Vacations convention. She might be going again, but she´s afraid because it is on the same date. I told her "no promemo!" That would be fun if she goes because I am going too.

Just before Premium closed, mom showed up to tell me that she went out on the balcony and the door locked behind her, so she was stuck out there for a long time. She had to yell down to the pool boy, who called for assistance. Oh, boy!

We had a cheese platter when we returned to our room. I had to have some because I love cheese more than chocolate. It was muy bien.

Our air conditioning wasn´t working too well throughout the night, so at about 6:00 a.m., I visited the hammock on the balcony.

Mar, nice depressing story, really pepped up my Friday. Hey if your mom sees something she really likes (maybe jewelry) could you get it and A con and I will pay you back. We can't think of anything she would like for her bday. I know this should not be on the blog but "me no able to speako with como any other wayo" those spanish discs really work!
