PIÑADA

I asked Lesbia at the Barcelo Huatulco Beach to share the PIÑADA recipe with me and she sent it in both Spanish and English, so I thought it was appropriate to post the Spanish version on my Blog.

A PIÑADA is a Piña Colada without alcohol.

PIÑADA (10oz).

2 oz. Crema de coco
3 oz. Jugo de piña
1 dash leche evaporada
* hielos

Licuar todos los ingredientes.
